The product images say its waterproof and that is not the case. Purchased to use at events as I am a vendor. It started raining and within minutes water was coming in from the top and ruined some of my products. Have never had a bad experience with Vevor products until now. Frame was good quality and easy to setup on my own. Very disappointed with the cover. On top of the products that were damaged will have to spend more money to purchase another cover for the frame.

Save yourself some time and buy the more expensive 10x20 pop up tent sells. This model sucks - a bunch of screws fell out during the first use, and three rods snapped. Still awaiting support from vevor, but this is by far the worst product I’ve purchased, and I’m very disappointed.

This tent is supposed to be fire rated there is no tag on the canopy so I cannot use it for food vending. I tried to return it they would not return it but offered me a $35 credit which I am still waiting for after 3 weeks. I have notified them three or four times about this. I now have to try to sell this to make my money back. Plus I had no idea there would be writing on the canopy advertising vevor tools. I could have overlooked the writing on the canopy and pointed it away from my customers but the fact that it is not tagged with a fire rating is too risky. Customer service was not very friendly or forthcoming to help me return the item for full payment.

They came damaged in shipping.

DO NOT BUY THIS TENT. COMPLETE GARBAGE AFTER ONE USE! Top supports bent, roof leaks, Velcro tabs holding on by 2 threads just rip off attaching them. Emailed for warranty/money back/ replacement several days ago with no reply. Just don’t.

I purchased a 10 x 20 tent that arrived broken and unable to use the return policy is ridiculous as you have to submit via email and wait for a response. It has been over a week and I have not heard any update as far as my refund is concerned or the process on returning the item.

Set up this text after I had found bolts had fallen out from factory and a few stripped screws. After 2 days it got rained on and collapsed I wouldnt recommend these to anyone

I’m really disappointed with this one, especially because we own other VEVOR products that have been great. The frame itself is solid and seems well made, but the panels and covers are very flimsy and look nothing like the pictures. Ours has large gaps and does not fit snugly or look polished when set up. To make matters worse, one of the Velcro ties ripped off in a very gentle wind during setup. That should not happen right out of the box. I bought this with the intention of possibly renting it out, but there is no way I would feel comfortable doing that now. Great frame, but the fabric and overall finish are a big letdown.
