I received my tent with several parts broken and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve contacted customer service and have been sending messages back and forth. Three weeks ago, they told me they were carefully reviewing my request, and I’m still waiting. Nothing has been done. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Wollte den Pavilion zurückschicken und habe kein Retourenschein bekommen. Für uns war der Pavillon einfach zu hoch. Die haben geschrieben das ich den Pavilion zerstören soll und dann mein Geld zurück bekomme. Das klingt nach einer miesen Masche.

Bought this July 2025 to use for 3 fall markets and is complete garbage. Difficult to get up, when clicking in the top supports the pegs that click in get stuck and twisted inside the pole and need to dig out with a pocket knife. Then opened for the first fall 2026 market and a roof pole snapped, then 2 more on the next market for a total of 3 poles snapped within 5 total uses. We have also been using tents for years so are aware of how to set up and take down properly. Contacted vevor for support but because its technically just past the 12 month warranty got zero support just "too bad, past the warranty date". Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Spend the money and get a Crown Shades tent. We have a 10x10 Crown Shades and the quality is amazing but decided to 'save' a few bucks and get this one for our 10x20 set up. Now have wasted $600.

Très mauvaise qualité. Je suis un client régulier de vevor et jusqu'à l'achat de ce produit j'ai toujours été content de la qualité des produits. Ce produit est à éviter. Il s'est complètement cassé (structure) à la première grosse pluie (sans vent) et à la première utilisation. Une poche s'est formée et toute la structure s'est affaissée avec certains éléments en alu qui se sont cassés en deux. Heureusement que cela n'a pas abimé ma voiture qui été garée en dessous.

This is the second canopy I have ordered from Vevor. Unfortunately, they do not have a good quality control. I received a product that appears to have been return to them and was then sent to me as new. It had small burn holes many spots that were scratched and weakened the material in the cover. I would like a replacement cover sent to me. If not, I will return and stop doing business with Vevor and will encourage others to do so.

A plastic piece broke the first time we set it up. Customer service was great about sending a replacement and new canopy since the exposed rough metal tore the fabric. Second time we were putting it up the metal cross bars tore and tent is now useless.

absolutely horrible tents they collapsed with a small breeze blowing the through. Asked for a refund and they offered me a 3rd of my money back. Never had an issue with vevor until now, very disappointed on how they are handling this.
