Great price. Does lift well. However it is difficult to control. The hoist moves a lot after you release the button. Further the hoist dimensions are not accurate. It would have gotten 5 stars from me if the hoist stopped as soon as you release the button and the advertised dimensions were accurate.

Non posso che dire pessima esperienza purtroppo . Ordinato 2 volte e per ben 2 volte non è mai arrivato, non se sia colpa del corriere o di chi lo ha spedito.

I bought this winch and when it arrived two days later I hooked it up and it quit working. The cable spooled out then would not pull in or out or function at all. After fighting with the company over the right there all their demands they finally sent me another one but it took two weeks. The second one seems to function okay except it is very noisy.

Just bought the 3-1 winch to pull in my boat lift, used it once and would not recommend it for horizontal use over the length of the 25 foot cable., the lift was out 38 ft, so once I had to loosen the winch to remove the added tow strap for the extra length, and then reattach the winch cable, it somehow shedded some of the strands of the winch cable. Because the cable is enclosed you can’t see what’s happening as it is reeled in. If you need a portable winch, get a hand operated one. Way cheaper, and you can see what’s happening!

Bought this and hung it on triple rafters. Hoisted a dinghy, and first time pulling it up, it broke. This is the second one I've bought within a year. Cheap product with fake load ratings.

Extremely loud operation from motor and gears.

The winch is used for lifting heavy items that I can not lift, however, the winch has burned out on the first use of it, I need a replacement for it as soon as possible.
