I would love to make a review, but I never received it. It was delivered, but I never received it. I received many things from this company, but not this. This company is not to be trusted. They don’t seem to look after their customers interest. There are four other items also which I will discuss also on this platform. I was looking enthusiastically for this particular tool. I can’t seem to get anybody to talk to or communicate with. All I can say BEWARE.

Only did few holes with it and the mode selector got stuck. Nothing to do with it. Wrote to support for replacement or refund and sadly they do not care and seems to make thing so complicated that you give up. "Send us a video (lower then 50 Mo) and we'll reach to you in 48 hours ( still getting that answer after 2 weeks). I'll have to call my credit card and ask for a refund.

Drill died before warranty expires. Reached out o Vevor with pictures and video of dead drill. Received so far four messages and zero action. My Vevor SDS-Max lasted 12 holes. Stopped spinning. Runs fine no noise just no longer spins useless...

the drill srops then I half to let go of switch and go again then it stops , it stops like every 1 or 2 min I would like a refund it's not strong enough I think someone used it before me or at least it feels like it

Does not function properly, will not even drill out a 5/16 inch hole. Bit got stuck in chuck and cannot be released. Only used for 30 minutes. Extremely dissaponted in the quality.

I was so excited when I received this toll as I'm a trade person and I need it. But....when I tried to use it the hammer does not get engaged on hammer drill mode and hammer mode as well. I contacted customer service and they offer me$42 to go and fix it...really bad joke on their part. Also the kit is coming just with one battery, if you want to purchase an extra battery you have the option just with the charger together, which is another joke If you have an option do not buy Vevor, try to go for more reliable and serious brand.
