When I first saw the incubator, I thought it would be the best one on the market and especially for the price after getting it home and putting it together, I was a little skeptical when you slide the trays in there is wires for each tray of eggs they are very hard to put out of the way and temperature and humidity was not easily regulated the incubator inside temperature showed 38 C on the on the digital thermometer it read 98°F and the alarms were always going off. On my first try at hatching with this new machine I checked Eggs at seven days and had very little fertility. At 17 days, I candle again and most all the ducks were dead. The eggs are not being enrolled all the way around. I am showing this in the picture that you can see where someone has started the form and then they died. . I have been asking to return this incubator and I’m still waiting on a response.

Très déçue car les reservoirs en plastiques sont défaillants et obligent à surveiller constamment le taux d'hygrométrie. Ce qui n'est pas prévu dans les conditions d'utilisation bien entendu. Impossible de joindre le service client et de "soumettre" une demande de pièces de remplacement J'ai onze œufs de couleurs difficilement trouvés et acquis sous la couverture depuis cinq jours et je crains de voir l'expérience s'achever. Un oeuf qui développe la vie n'est pas un objet. La fiabilité de cette machine est vraiment médiocre. Et ce n'est pas un problème d'ouverture de l'évent ! C'est les réservoirs qui sont médiocres ou bien le système de sonde qui le sont. Très déçue de cet achat en l'occurrence car la fiche technique du produit semblait idyllique.

I purchased two of these 12-egg units and set up simultaneous hatches. One unit worked as advertised and the hatch was okay 7/12. The second unit would not hold humidity well (even when I tried using the opposite water tray to the one recommended) and only hatched 1 of 12 eggs. I suspect the second unit simply did not seal good enough to create the proper humidity. Which takes me to the design flaw. The bottom orange tray has no lip on it at all. It works fine when you load the eggs onto the white turner. However, you have to remove that turner to hatch the eggs. As you move the eggs off the turner and then back onto the orange tray, the eggs roll off the base. It is extremely hard to try and balance 12 eggs as they keep trying to roll away. The eggs have to be on the outside edge of the tray or the lid won't fit back on. . . .this was so easily solved by the manufacturer by having a proper lip on the inside edge of the tray so the eggs don't roll off. . . . and when they roll off they can be cracked and ruined. So over all the units work and can hatch eggs. But the issues I've had with one of two machines and the frustrating issue of the bottom tray makes me reluctant to rank this any higher.

This is a terrible Incubator. I am highly experienced with incubation, and fell confident saying this is not a good incubator! Why you ask is it bad? 1. You must run a waterline to the water tray for it to keep the humidity at a constant level. Otherwise, you will add water 3 to 4 times per day. Fortunately, I have an incubation/hatching room with water lines, so this was not difficult for me to do. 2.i have incubated in it twice. Both times I put in 320 eggs. By day 10 I had nearly 100 each time with the circle of death. At hatching only about 110 actually hatched. 3. Of the ones that did hatch, 13 got out of the baskets and drowned in the water tray. It does not have a cover nor do the baskets. 4. The fan inside is so strong that it blew some chicks over the side of the basket additionally, the ones that were in that tray were hot and stressed when removed. Save your money! I know that I wasted mine!

Sur 30 oeuf de poules que j'ai pus mettre seul 10 on éclos et 3 que jai du aider et 2 qu'ils ont jamais réussi a sortir pas de problème avec la phase d'incubation et de retournement mais problématique pour l'éclosion
