Good pans for a good price. They are a little off from name brand pans so the lids won't fit if you have others. I had one package of pans come in with dented corners so they lose a star, but overall they're good for the money.

The pans are made with some type of non magnetic stainless steel so that’s a good thing. However the material is quite thin. I measure it at 25 gage or .0218” not the .0315” as stated in the description. I purchased the 2.5” deep pans and they seem fine but if they were any deeper I don’t know how the very thin material would stretch that much without creating problems. I’m using them as trays in a greenhouse and for that they are fine but I couldn’t recommend them for a restaurant. The edges are very thin and I think your employees would probably be at risk of getting cuts. At $45 for six it’s a great value but they are not commercial grade in my opinion.

The pans feel much lighter than some others I have used, but for the price that was not unexpected. Mine arrived with one corner which had been bent on both the lids and the pans, but the company refunded my purchase price.

Pans were a great price for what we needed them for. They are a bit on the thin side so I don't know if they would stand up to commercial kitchen type abuse for long.

The pans are a thicker gauge then our other steam table pans, and they work wonderfully for boiling maple sap over a wood fire. Great price, too. Unfortunately, every pan had some dents and dings; and they are much harder to separate than the other pans we own.

very nice steam table pans but force packed together with foam sheets, it took 2 millwrights, a hammer, and a chisel to get them apart

Great price, really good quality, just be aware of small pieces. For shipping, they pack it small by leaving the handles off the lids. Totally makes sense. The only disadvantage is the potential risk of the bolts falling off undetected. You should notice it loosening before that, but be aware. If you can solder, maybe it's a 5 star. The pans are a good quality, just be aware of sharp edges. The smaller pans that are under 4 inches have a beautiful edge. They're just too short to stack with these.
