Never received order

I just received Fan . All band and dented. Have to return :(

Premièrement, ça n'aspire pas comme écrit dans le détail du produit. Ensuite, la plus grosse problématique c'est que le produit est HS au bout de 4-5 mois d'utilisation non intensive. Un jour, il tournait 10 mins et il s'est coupe tout seul avec une odeur de chaud et il ne démarre plus ! C'est déplorable !

Used once. Went to turn on again and nothing the button goes red when you hold it in on the plug but goes back out and won't do anything. Customer service told me to take apart the handle and check the wiring, or basically told me to fix it myself. Giving me the run around over 2 weeks now about fixing it or honoring the 12 month warranty. They do not stand behind their products after the sale or acknowledge a bad unit happens once in awhile. If I have to buy another unit for my job July 9th after they will of not helped me with this new unit for over 4 weeks and I wont be buying another vevor product ever again youre not the only one making portable ventilators.

Rubbish

This fan is good to run but this thing is the body came damaged at the back coz of which you can’t air tight the hose and it spill all over. Customer service is offering $60 for damage but not replacing or fixing it. Which is a pain in the Butt. So it’s technically 👎👎👎.
