Il déshumidifie bien mais la pompe est terrible très bruyante et le fait qu’a chaque fois que tu étain l’appareil elle s’active meme si il as pas d’eau est désagréable. J’aurais aimé un interrupteur pour la désactiver

It arrived fast but did not work right from the get go. Talked with Vevor and we came to the conclusion that it was a bad unit so they refunded me. I have to say vevor communication was top shelf and they fixed their issue with out problems. I Would buy from them again however maybe best to investigate if the item buying has issues first.

Lasted 6months. Was noisy. Had refrigerant leak - currently dealing with Vevor on warranty replacement. First response: they want me to do the leg work to locate a repair company, get a quote, and submit it for approval - that's not a good warranty response. The customer should not have to do any work to repair a defect while under warranty. Waiting for the follow up response.

I had this unit for a little over a year, it worked great until a week after the manufacturer warranty ended. The evaporator developed a small crack causing the refrigerant to leak out and the coolant line to ice up. Due to this issue the dehumidifier was not pulling any moisture out of the air. It worked great leading up to this issue. I reached out to support about the issue and I was offered a $20 coupon. It was a great unit but with out the extended warranty would not buy again.

These dehumidifiers do not have pumps. I would not recommend them. I’m still trying to get a postage to send them back. They only sent me two postage so I’ve returned two of them and I’m trying to return the other and it’s kind of tough when I don’t have postage. Hopefully someone will read this and send me postage. Thank you respectfully Frank.

Bought it in the spring and quit working already. Tried to contact vevor and can't get ahold of anyone. It's like the company does not exist. Very disappointed

Received the unit promptly and it operated as advertised for about 3 weeks. The unit showed an E2 code on the remote controller. After sending the company their required information including a picture of the display, I was advised that a new sensing cable would be send to me within 10-15 days. I have received a few "Sorry for the delay of the part" about 6 month later I have yet to receive the replacement part but Vevor can now no longer find my info, or my payment info, or even the order number and tracking number. The dehumidifier is still not operable. I would not recommend this product for service

After 7-8 days unit stopped working. There is absolutely zero customer service. It made me check 1 star but should be zero

Do not buy! Lasted one year and one month- ran continuously but didn’t lower the humidity. Called Customer Service and they referred my case to the technical department saying I would get and email from them in a few days. Never received. Bought this because it was advertised as a commercial unit- it was crap. Don’t waste your money. You’ll regret it, I promise. I’ll never buy anything Vevor again.

Total garbage. Stop working after 1 hour. Had to fight to get a refund. Credit card company had the charge back. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS.
