Bought this a little over 2 years worked good at first only used a little in the summer at mountain cabin basement. Runs continuously no compressor comes on anymore refrigerant must have leaked out Is warranty still good. Would not purchase again

**Extremely Disappointed — Failed After Only 1–2 Months and Support Has Been Unresponsive** I purchased this VEVOR dehumidifier specifically to protect a room containing thousands of dollars worth of billiards equipment. The unit is only approximately one to two months old, and it has already completely failed. It will not even power on. What makes this situation considerably worse is the way the issue has been handled so far. I reached out for support regarding a nearly new product that has completely stopped functioning, and I have not received a response within what I consider a reasonable amount of time. This isn't just an inconvenience. A dehumidifier in a billiards room serves an important purpose. Excessive humidity can potentially damage expensive equipment, including my pool table, which would cost approximately **$10,000 to replace**, along with cues, cloth, and other equipment in the room. When a product fails this early, I expect the manufacturer to treat the problem with some urgency. Instead, I am left with a non-functioning dehumidifier, no timely resolution, and thousands of dollars worth of equipment potentially being exposed to conditions I purchased this product specifically to control. Products can fail—I understand that. What determines my opinion of a company is how they handle the failure. So far, VEVOR's handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing. Until VEVOR responds and provides an appropriate warranty solution, I cannot recommend this dehumidifier based on my experience. A product designed to protect a space from humidity should not completely fail after only a month or two, and a customer dealing with such an early failure should not have to struggle to get timely support. I will update this review if VEVOR responds and resolves the situation appropriately.

Lasted only 2 weeks and now it won't power on. Still waiting on customer support

worked for 3 days and died submitted request for refund / replacement per Vevor instructions complete with order #, description, photo, email, etc. and never heard back very disappointed; it's a $350 commercial grade dehumidifier that is DEAD. Hopefully Vevor will respond to this post and send a new machine or refund

Bought this in July. It worked great, for two weeks. Now it won't even turn on. I would not buy this item.

Used for 3 weeks then failed to power on. Asked for a refund and they want to send me a motherboard so I can repair it myself. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable dehumidifier somewhere else.

Piece of shit. Lasted just over a year with partial use. VEVOR would not stand behind it due to being out of warranty period by two months. Thanks VEVOR. Sure builds confidence in your products.

Mine did not function correctly, customer service get back to me quickly however they didn't give me any resolve. I won't buy from them again. This is only my experience I'm sure other have had no issues

Bought the 125 it didn’t last. They gave me a little bit of a discount so I bought the 190. Only got 14 months out of this one! So vevor dehumidifiers are costing me over $50 a month. Being able to relocate controls to a remote location inside the house is a great feature. Hanging kit is a nice feature. But $50 a month is a dealbreaker. Think before you try their dehumidifiers.

Worked great until it didn't like all newer dehumidifiers. Bought in June 2025 and it quit working August 2026, 2 mo after the warranty ran out. It powers on amd fan rubs but doesn't dehumidify. I assume the condenser or refrigerant is the problem. I have done all troubleshooting and cleaning without success. I bought this "commercial" grade one after replacing numerous home models every 1-2 yrs but this one didn't last any longer and costs more so I will go back to my cheaper models and just keep replacing and filling landfills with junk I guess. So frustrating that no one makes a decent affordable dehumidifier.
