The Steering on these karts will break if you load any more than 500 pounds on these karts we bought 4 QTY karts and all 4 steering axle broke - We had to buy large Bolts and try to re-fix the Axles but once it snaps even trying to repair with a larger bolt wont work - the karts are garbage all 4

Impossible de le monter correctement la 4eme paroi qui ne peut pas se clipper à cause d’un défaut d’usinage malgré 1 heure d’effort en pure perte. Très très frustrant. Je dois retourner le produit qui pèse très lourd….

Incredibly heavy expanded steel with ugly cheap white plastic wheels, they dragged out the return, trying to get me to take it out of the box, after they finally accepted return, months later out of nowhere they cancel my account accusing me of having a history of return abuse.

I expected much better quality from this cart. With only very light use, all four tires lost air, making the cart basically unusable. I ended up having to purchase four replacement tires from Harbor Freight out of my own pocket. There is also a manufacturing/alignment problem with the side gate. The screw/bolt does not line up with the notch where it is supposed to secure the gate, so it simply will not go in properly. This isn’t an assembly mistake—the parts do not align correctly.

I used this steel wagon that is supposed to have a 900 lbs capacity to move a 840lb load and the back wheels/axel buckled. I have ordered other things from Vevor that were good quality but this steel wagon is not , or at least the weight rating in inaccurate. I would like a refund please.

Craftsman ship on welds are not good.. but what you expect ordering off line.. I should’ve went to Lowe’s.. They treat customers and Veterans great.. an replacements on broken stuff never questioned

LOOK AT MY PHOTOS! This garden cart was shipped in a very poor box from the warehouse. The forklift must of punctured the box or they dropped it. A huge chunk of the box was tapped because they ripped the corner of it off, which also scratched the product. I contacted customer service and they told me to open it. Upon opening the ties that keep the parts from moving during shipping were broke and the parts were beat up pretty bad. They have huge scratches and chips in them. Imagine buying a brand new car and the paint having deep scratches and chunks missing. Would you be happy? The welds are not smooth and not done well where the steel cornes together. Customer service would not offer a discount or refund and said the product will still work. They even acknowledged the severe damage to the paint. When you buy something new it should not be severely scratched and packaged appropriately. It’s your responsibility to package it correctly. It was clear they damaged the box before shipping and I should receive a discount. This cart should have never been shipped with broken ties. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM VEVOR AGAIN!

We’ve broken two of the tongues off of these wagons, the welds are very poorly done and hardly penetrate into the metal
