Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe diese Hühnerklappe nie bekommen. Laut DPD Fahrer konnte nicht zugestellt werden weil niemand zu Hause. Das ist eine Lüge. Er hätte nur 20 Meter bis zur Klingel laufen müssen. Also wurde die Klappe zum Versender zurückgeschickt. Entsprechend Ihrer Empfehlung haben wir eine Geldrückzahlung beantragt um eine neue Bestellung zu starten. Auch die Geldrückzahlung ist nicht erfolgt. Ich weiß nicht was ich davon halten soll und bitte dringend um Aufklärung und eine Antwort. MfG Kl-D Franke

Not working properly I have to open it and closed manually most of the time

Bought it in June order #26070100937413314616 The remote failed after a week, the manual it came with it never mentioned how to fix the problem The size is smaller than you see on the screen

The device stopped casually working in the morning, my chicken could not get out, today it does not respond to the pressing of the buttons, but the screen is still on.

Overall the door is great, but the plug in for the power source of the door is located on the face of the door- where the birds go in and out. My birds quickly found the wire and pulled it out and destroyed it, making the unit powerless. Hoping vevor can send me a replacement battery pack, and I can figure out a way to plug it in an prevent the birds from pulling the cord apart again.

Thought this door would be nice for my chickens but it is a constant problem. Works sometimes then stops working altogether. Disappointing to say the least!

1 porte sur les deux ne fonctionne pas. Après plusieurs jours de discussion, ils m'ont rembourser la porte, sauf que je dois en recommander une. Les frais de port sont à ma charge pour une deuxième expédition, déçu il ne m'ont pas répondu à ma demande de renvoi d'une nouvelle porte.

Military time is not easy ! Need to reprogram if power goes out! Doesn't go all the way down , stops and there is small crack 1/2" ! Need to try changing time one more time , If not working I think it s time to return

This is. Pile of crap. Door is flimsy and bends easy. Any sort of bend or twist and the gears that open and close do not engauge and the slip. They slip even if it’s strait. Often i find the door half open or not all the way closed. The control panal is laid out kinda dumb. Once you figure it out it’s fine. The power cord plugs in on the bottom obviously to protect from elements. But the roosters knock the cord out of the unit from time to time. It’s junk. Get the more expensive one it is great.
