I bought this for our milk house. We have several others brands for our commercial kitchen and personal home use. This faucet seemed overly complex to put together. I understand it's about 30% cheaper than it's competitors, but it came with a variety of washers and gaskets that needed installed. Other brands I own were much simpler to assemble. That being said it does work well once all the washers are correctly installed. It looks nice and works. Just consider it's a 15 minute install instead of a 4 minute install.

Worked as expected, was delivered on time with no issue, cut well when used, only had a single blade should have bought other sizes with it.

Nice item but spout too long it needs to have options not only in tall but also on the lenght it is too long

Nice faucet - poor delivery via fed ex. I've sent several unfavorable surveys requested by vevor and fed ex - no response from either. Future purchases will focus toward local suppliers.

Bad gaskets, weak screws, cheap finish. Item leaked after 30days of use at spout do to poor tolerance in provided o-rings. Silver finish is flaking off. Would not buy again or recommend.

Worst delivery experience ever to get this item. Bought it over 2 month's ago and I dtill haven't received it. Tjey sent me the WRONG item snd they avt as if its MY FAULT, and take forever to answer, oh, and even worse, only by email can I contact them to fix this issue!!! They take WAY longer to answer than their 48hrs automated email response. Wont buy anything from here ever again!

No water on the hot side after instalation...sad because Im opening my restaurant soon now this will be a delay if they don't resolve the issueThe gasket inside came broken....I have to clarify that out of the 2 I bought only one came damage.

All I can say you better not order the wrong size or type. Vevor advertises "free returns", but this is NOT true. Your 'reason' for the return must qualify under their pre-established list of "acceptable" reasons for a FREE return. If it doesn't, you are pressured/offered into accepting a limited 'pay off' payment. Along with an explanation of "a return is a costly and complicated procedure" (THEIR WORDS EXACTLY)

Their return policy is to charge you shipping plus only give you less 1/3 of what you paid fpr the item. So you basically send them a brand new item back and get nothing in return. Then they resell it at full cost.
