I am very disappointed and not happy. I had emailed many times asking for the FedEx returned label. As of today, I still haven't received the label, instead I received an email from you this morning saying the issue has been solved. IT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. Bad gaskets, weak screws, cheap finish. Item leaked after 30days of use at spout do to poor tolerance in provided o-rings. Silver finish is flaking off. Would not buy again or recommend.

Do not buy this product. It started leaking within two days of use.not recommended at all. Getting refund or exchange is almost impossible from vevor. They will ask you 100 questions and offer you $22 dollars when you paid over $200. Customer service is bad.

Worst delivery experience ever to get this item. Bought it over 2 month's ago and I dtill haven't received it. Tjey sent me the WRONG item snd they avt as if its MY FAULT, and take forever to answer, oh, and even worse, only by email can I contact them to fix this issue!!! They take WAY longer to answer than their 48hrs automated email response. Wont buy anything from here ever again!
