The machine came in a damaged box, upside down. Therefore the compressor was handled incorrectly and we now have no idea how long it will last. I broached that subject and never got an answer. The customer servise emails are horrible. If you don't answer right away (we do have other things going on) "the case will be closed" even though they never answered the question about the compressor. The lights don't work right they keep flashing. They asked to send video, I'm not here when they are running it and it took me a few days to get the video. I finally sent it and they asked for another video, which again It takes a minute to get it. I received 7 or 8 of the this case will be closed with no helpful solutions. It has been totally frustrating. I was never called by a human being. I do not like the way issues are handled with this company

can't review anything because I never received it ....not happy with how long it took to get a straight answer as to why I hadn't received the frozen drink maker, it took some time but I got a refund but that is not what I wanted I wanted the product I had ordered and now I don't know if I can trust you again and order another one or not ....I have ordered some other things with you and they got here on time and work well but I really wanted the frozen drink maker

Honestly, I am so upset with your business as well as your customer service that I will ensure that everyone I know knows never to shop with you guys. You issued me a partial refund and the machine still isn’t working and apparently not able to be fixed and now I’m out $400 and I can’t get a hold of your customer service.

Item was shipped in a damaged crate. Vevor refuses to honor their return policy. DO NOT BUY!!!

The machine did not even work 1 day. I even bought the extra warranty. I am sending them messages on that and I think it’s AI and it cannot understand what I’m talking about. The machine does not hold temperature and keeps on going back to default temperatures and I have not even sold one cold drink out of it and I’ve been messaging to their tech-support back-and-forth for the past week and they won’t send out a tech. They keep on saying we don’t understand. We don’t understand their product zero out of 10. So brought another machine at the same time it was a two head unit and it’s caught on fire. we were there to put it out.

I waited forever for support even when I bought insurance already. They suggest solution and now leave me hanging when solution does not work. The machine shuts electricity down - Note this doesn’t happen the past month, only because the starter of the machine breaks out of no where

I bought this slush machine on May 25 to use for my family and friends making our favorite punch. I did that 4 times until it wouldn’t freeze for a baby shower last Sunday. The next day I made a new recipe of punch and again the only freezing I got was pea-size pieces of ice. These would float around and as soon as the motor silenced, the ice would melt. Over this past week I have contacted customer service with many difference fixes for my problem. The one I got most was to lower the temperature which I did. They suggested from -9 to -15. At -5 my punch was frozen solid but with the little balls of frozen punch. I was told to video the machine. I made more punch and did that videoing with help from my daughter to learn how to do it. When it got frozen, the punch would not dispense. It took about an hour to felt the punch so it would come out so I could clean the machine. I have had no useful help since I have been trying to get help. One answer was that this has alcohol so I needed to reduce the temperature. No where did I say it has alcohol. Actually it was for our church last night. After the trouble of making the video, the response I got was that the dispenser had not been used enough. I gave them a week to help me with this machine, but I got none.

One of the worst after service. Trying to contact them every time they reply you next day by email. No contact phone number. I have protection plan for two years but no help at all. I am really don’t understand why they have this system here. My machine is less than 4 months old and not making slushy at all. Done all the trouble shooting but nothing happen. Please don’t buy. Dont buy at all.

We bought this machine to replace a Vevor slush machine that our school had for about 12 years. We were very satisfied with our old, existing machine so thought that sticking with the Vevor brand would be a good idea. Unfortunately, we were very wrong. The machine has not worked once since getting it. The bowls, even when set to the correct temperatures, do not freeze into a slush solution. We are following all directions explicitly and are using the correct sugar/syrup/water ratios. Customer service is even more disappointing because there is not an actual person that any of us can talk to. All correspondence takes place through their on-line chat feature or by sending an email through their website. And on top of waiting 1-2 business days for someone to get back to us, the solutions offered DO NOT WORK! We are still left with unfrozen liquid after hours and hours of running. We were considering a different machine sold by Webstaurant and are now thoroughly upset that we didn't purchase it there. This slush machine is supposed to be used once a week at an elementary school and since returning from Christmas break, we have tried 5 times to use it, and all 5 times we are sorely disappointed because the machine flat out doesn't work. Unfortunately, we do not have it in our PTC budget to buy another brand new machine and customer service has not been helpful with getting the machine fixed or being able to return the machine. Save yourself the money, time, heartbreak, and frustration and buy something else from another company.
