It got broken in shipping. VEVOR made it right. This company seems like a pretty good company..

Good product.

Little slow but works

This drain machine is perfect. I do a lot of drain cleaning and using the hand held auger on kitchen and bathroom drains gets heavy after awhile. Plus they only go 25 feet. This sits on the floor and has 50 feet of cable allowing me to reach the clog. Also when I need to go on the roof of a house to snake through a vent is the real reason I bought this machine. Easy to carry onto a roof.

Machine quality is good, but one of the heads has broken on my first use. Though, I received a good customer service for that which made me keep buying from VEVOR

Great little rig

I live in north central Minnesota and it was cold in February. My septic system wasn't draining properly between the house and the holding tank. I had the tank pumped to find out if the driver thought frost was an issue. He said the frost wasn't real deep and that he found roots growing into the tank through small gaps. Things were still draining very slowly from the house so I took a chance and purchased the heavy duty drain cleaning machine. It has 100' of cable, which is almost the same distance between my clean out pipe and the tank. I was almost out of cable with maybe 6 to 8' left when I hit the clog (most likely small roots). I worked at it for about 5 or 10 minutes before finally breaking through and and seeing the liquid completely drain from the house. I bought the heavy duty 3/4" cable model because the last thing I wanted was a cable to break inside the septic pipe! This machine was just under $700, but the bill to hire someone to do the same job would have probably been more. And now I own the machine in the event I have any future issues. I feel it was a good investment and money well spent.
