I assembled My cart 2 days ago. Arrived with a flat tire. At first I thought it was just a save room on packaging because it's nestled together in a pretty compact package. I inflated the tire and it continues to go flat non-stop while I'm trying to use it. I contacted support and they want me to send pictures of it and there's nothing to take a picture of. The tire looks inflated until you have a load on it. On top of that the cart is 20 miles away and I'm not going to make a special trip to take a picture of nothing. Until you put weight on the cart the tire appears to have air in it. All the work is done. I inflated it at least 15 times yesterday while using the cart for the job it was purchased for. After them replying with a very generic response , they seem to have ghosted me. I'm very disappointed in their customer support and it will probably be the last Vevor product I ever purchase.

Cart/wagon dimensions not as described online. Smaller than my 4cu.ft. Gorilla cart. Wheels are made fully of plastic, not trust worthy in my opinion hauling heavy loads. I absolutely did not use it and sealed it back up within the hour it was delivered. I needed a larger wagon/cart to work with and this one will not do one bit. I have requested a refund and Vevor is giving me such a hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Vevor has consistently refused to replace a defective part. They will not answer a direct question. I think my only communication is with a customer service computer.

Terrible, it could not handle a load of dirt. There is no way that this cart can do what its advertised. I'm even having a problem getting the company to let me return it. I would recommend buying the gorilla cart I have both. I was just trying the Vevor cart out because it advertised it being very strong, sturdy and able to pull up to 1500lbs in which it would most likely break of you tried to do that.

Hvis man skal dra noe annet enn tørt løv, så er dette for dårlig. Fungerer greit på flatmark, men med litt kupert terreng (liten oppoverbakke), er det ikke bra nok. Staget ut fra fremhjulene frem til håndtaket er en storsvakhet da det blir feil belastet og krenger oppover. Hadde ikke kjøpt den om jeg visste dette. At man skal kunne laste 272kg er bare tullball hvertfall. 20kg max.

Purchased the 1500 lb dump cart. Received a 4 cubic ft cart. That about the size of a kids toy wagon.

I can't review this item because I haven't been able to use it. The cart came was with a tube that won't hold air I've been trying to find out how go get a replacement tube or tire they can't seem to tell me where to find a new tube . They offered me a refund of $28 which is fine but they are telling me it's because I ordered it over 6 months . I bought it on August 9th that's not 6 months ago.

Never got to put together. Went back and forth with VEVOR messaging but no progress. Being told parts would be sent in so many business days but then nothing. More back and forth emails promising to speak to some other department in their business. Still nothing! Been a month and a half maybe longer. I asked Paypal for my money back and at least got refunded. The VEVOR box still on my porch so now what do I do with a yard wagon without a vital piece. I will absolutely never purchase a VEVOR product. I just recently got an email telling me they were shipping my "Motherboard" to me!?!?!? I emailed back, the left hand knows not what the right hand is doing I never ordered a motherboard and I let them know what pieces were still missing that I never got now the only thing I get from them is advertisements for more stuff that I probably wouldn't ever get.
