Ordered the milking machine, it never arrived. Never got tracking info or anything. Reached out to company for an update, it supposedly was shipped out from the facility and "got lost in shipping". Doesn't quite make sense seen as how we never received any shipping info. If it had shipped out a tracking number should have been sent. Waited a few weeks before contacting the company, they did issue a refund but sucks that I didn't get what I had ordered and still need.

This is absolute junk. Please do not waste your money like I did. I bought this machine last August and within 4 months the cart was unusable due to pieces falling off. I had to purchase a wheelbarrow to transport it out to the barn and back. Absolute waste of my time and money. Now it won't even hold pressure, so I am unable to use it to milk my cows. Please DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

Product arrived with paint chips and cover up paint already trying to cover up poor quality. This thing stinks! Literally! Smells like terribly cheap plastic and off gasses like crazy. While trying to assemble it’s very greasy and really sharp metal. Have been trying to return but customer service hasn’t been great. Save yourself a headache and keep shopping. You get what you pay for !

Be aware! Never buy this machine, we use it for 6 months and we need a new seal for the claw. They don't carry parts and just say, you have to buy a new one. We bought it over a year ago so there's nog warranty. We just need a simple cheap part but no help at all.

I am very upset I have been back and forth with you guys from the 2 day I got it The pulsator is not working right I bought another one a couple years ago and loved it that is why I bought this one cause I have more cows at a diffufa to milk and I am now using my neighbors milking head instead of taking mine back and forth between farms

Writing this after using for a few months. the vacuum pump does not deliver enough cfm to properly run the milker. The inflations are made from too hard of rubber so they do not "close" when hanging from the claw and dry rot fast. The claws plunger does not seal, and the claws fit and finish are poor. all of these factors require 4 hand to hold the cups on the teats until enough vacuum is built to start the pulsator and keep the machine on the cow. The silicone milk hose is too flimsy and needs constant watching or it will kink and stop flow. the switch lasted about 10 milkings before the guts fell apart. I can not say anything good about this machine at all. Will it milk a cow? sort of. Will it cause mechanical mastitis? probably. Is it cheaper than buying a reliable safe unit? maybe.

This machine was received broken and not usable. We reached out to customer service but have never received an answer after 2 weeks.
