Pump worked great for 4 months then went out. I tore it apart and found that the electric motor shaft seal was pressed in unevenly, which caused diesel fuel to seep into the electric motor housing, making the motor fail. Would recommend buying the warranty with it.

Purchased a product 45 days ago. After a month of use the pump stopped working. The switch in the pump burned up. Contacted customer service. Customer service has failed to resolve this issue after going back-and-forth and me submitting evidence after evidence and email after email. I have lost production at work. It has been a huge inconvenience. Even with an extra purchased warranty, I still cannot get a resolution on the matter of getting a new replacement pump. After realizing customer service is not gonna do anything or they are dragging their feet on purpose. I took the pump apart and realized that the switch inside was set up for AC current when the pump is a DC pump. Whether that has anything to do with it or not, it was the switch that was burned up. Obviously, I fixed the pump only because of the major inconvenience it was to myself, but they still have not made this matter/sutuation right. I think that is the most disappointing fact of all. I even offered a bulletproof way to ensure they would not have a loss. I offered to let them hold the full amount of the pump while the replacement was sent out and until the old one came back. I have been ghosted by customer service upon wishing to speak with upper management or somebody in management that has the ability to resolve my issue. I will be very hesitant from now on about what I buy from this company if I get anything.

Worked great for a week. I have reached out to them to begin an exchange. Will update later. Hopefully the next one keeps working.

Purchased this pump due to my better judgement. As I was trying to be cost effective. Pump worked great for 7 months or so. Pump is a little loud but that was fine. Pumps fast almost too fast. The pump has been sitting on top of my diesel tank in the weather. I assumed it was weather rated. Or I would have covered it. Went to use the pump and found that the on off switch was stuck. Pump would not turn on. I opened the pump, to find it was full of water. there was no gasket protecting the wiring and switch from water getting in durning weather. I contacted support and of course, no response. the pump still does work, I had to wire in a switch in order to keep using it. But I will not be able to put it back together and use it like it was intended.

This pump worked for two tanks of fuel (less than 15 minutes of run time). The next time I tried to use it it had no power. I contacted Vevor and they sent another pump. So customer service was way better than manufacturing. I took the bad pump apart to access the switch wiring. There I discovered every single wire connection was faulty. The power wire female connector had broken off and that kept the pump from powering on. Two had broken shoulders on the female connectors. Another female connector slid right off the wire when moved gently. I use cheap Harbor Freight wiring connectors and they are much better quality than these were. But Vevor made it good and the price made it better. Vevor could do better for almost no additional manufacturing cost, if they'd use even decent connectors. I've never seen the shoulders of the female connectors just break off (especially with under 15 minutes use). Two hours wasted repairing and another two hours fueling by hand, while I could have been running my equipment at $200 per hour. Bad math!

The pump itself works decent kind of loud but that doesn't bother me. The problem is the nozzle does not stop when the tank is full like it's supposed to so you have to watch it or you're going to get fuel all over the ground and I've had this pump for maybe 3 weeks and the suction tube snapped off into the tank. Luckily I had one from my old tank and was able to replace it 😔

Keeps blowing the fuse. Not sure what to do. Debating pulling the screen out.

The treads on the pickup tub were made so deep thatvi fell apart. I used the pickup tube from my old pump to get going.

I BOUGHT THIS PUMP IN JULY 2025. FIRST IT DID NOT COME WITH THE WIRES TO HOOK UP TO BATTERY. THEN IN SEPTEMBER THE SWITCH WENT BAD. THEY WANT ME TO SEND A VIDEO OF A BAD SWITCH TAKE PICTURES SO THEY CAN FIND A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW SWITCH. I FOUND OUT HOW THERE WARRANTY WORKES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Overheats if used for a longer period of time fueling larger equipment and then shuts down. Switch also had a short in it and would shut off intermittently.
