Package was delivered 3 days earlier than expected.
Price is very competitive.
However, after I discovered my item was missing parts, I learned from other websites that this product has many other reports of missing parts and poor customer service follow up.
My package was missing key components, such as 99% of the screws, hex wrenches and THE HINGE TUBES USED TO MOUNT THE GATE FRAME TO A FENCE POST!
Without the missing parts, this gate frame is a useless pile of junk!
Customer service reply is ridiculous: asking me to take pictures of packaging and all components received, rather than sending me the components I reported missing!
I could care less about how VEVOR tracks its quality problems internally, I just want my replacement parts immediately, or a full refund.

Wail Elbashir Horrible Customer Service, stay far AWAY
The worst customer service ever. If it happens that you have any problem, these guys are willing to take you in swings until you get dizzy. I think their customer support are well trained on taking their clients on a roller coaster. I have an issue pending with them since July 7th.

I bought this alongside other options so that I could have several options on hand for my gate building project. This item was not a perfect fit so I’m trying to return it and the process is very difficult / unclear.

Sagging disappointment Bad Gate Frame Experience
the problems started with some of the most appalling instructions (or lack thereof) I have ever seen.
any instructions that contain 'start by drilling the pre-drilled holes' really do not inspire confidence (why would you have to drill holes that are pre-drilled?)
There was a total lack of information on where / how to locate the hinges (on edge or centre of gate post?).
My gate opening was only 76 inches (the kit is supposed to accommodate openings of up to 96 inches) and yet it sags.
I have bought a strengthening device from another company and hope that this may make a difference and will never shop Vevor again
Sometimes half the price does mean half (or less) the quality

Treu Weak hinges
Hinges are weak and bend easily. I don’t recommend this product unless you buy heavier duty hinges..
