Ordered 2 of these. One was heavily damaged in shipping. I immediately took pics and asked for it to be replaced or refunded. They sent back a email with pics of taking a hammer to beat out damage. The problem with that is the damage is in a corner, tore the metal and dented it in a crease as well as knocked off black paint. I paid for brand new not damaged goods. I have not had this issue before but buyer beware they do NOT stand behind shipping damage. You are just better off to buy in person somewhere else to avoid this issue.

It looks good and is not expensive but once I opened the box and started to mount it to my trailer I realized that it is not very durable and the lack of quality is quite noticeable Heavy duty in the description is a joke

Latch has already broke and the body is very flimsy owned for a month

I recently purchased this tool box to store a jack, impact, and other basic tools needed in case of a flat tire of other roadside emergencies. When coming home from vacation I got a flat on my boat trailer and just trying to get my jack out of the tool box, it bent up the front of the tool box enough to where the lid would not close. After several attempts to close it, just by me pushing down on the center of the lid caused it to bend. Now I have to use a 2x4 wedged underneath the truck bed railing just to keep it closed so I can close my bed cover. Ive purchased several items from vevor and have no complaints other than how flimsy it is from the thin gauge metal that this tool box is made from.

Heavy duty? That's a laugh! This tool case is about as sturdy as aluminum can. When the hasp is raised upward, the lock can be rotated with the key. When the hasp is downward over the lock, the lock cannot be rotated with the key, because it is blocked by the hasp! The hasp does not sit close enough to the base of the lock to clear the lock as it is rotated, rendering the lock useless! Don't waste your money, it has more value as scrap aluminum than it does as a functional tool box!

Latch bent first time inl used

Bought this to put in my truck for tools on the road. It did come dented on top. Wrote their warranty and they settled on a middle price for me to keep it as the lid would still open. After having to bend the latch mechanism to get it to close i finally got it to work. This would be good on say a tractor or some type of ATV. Probably will not be purchasing their toolboxes again. The metal is super thin on the sides and it feels cheaply made which is why these are so cheap. Security on this is laughable as you could shimmy the lid with a basic screwdriver. Lao if you need a cheap metal box that is thinner than an ammo can then this is ok. If you want something a little more better made and will last then just go to Tractor supply and pay the prices for them.

Very cheaply made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not give me the gauge of the material. I notice when they are made of paper thin metal you people never give that info when asked. So you stuck it to me here, but never again. Would not take them as a gift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Just garbage and will crush them with my truck because they are that useless to me. Wish I knew this in the beginning because I would of donated those dollars to St. Jude, at least I know they would of been able to use the donation to a real good cause. I am a St. Jude donator, and will give more on my next donation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Alot more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No need to respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not buy this product. It's flimsy, and by the time it arrived at my house via UPS, it had three big dents in it. Vevor refused to replace it.
