This door is nice materials for the price but the descriptions in the instructions are misleading. Says one side has two flaps ( I figured the plastic and the lock out cover but the second side says it has one flap ok the bracket is there but no flap . Fine I’ll just buy the replacement flap so I have two plastic flaps but again that product doesn’t say if it comes with the magnet that goes in the frame so then it probably won’t latch. My biggest complaints are getting anyone to answer questions was a hassle and although it’s nice that they sent multiple length of bolts to accommodate different thicknesses of doors they don’t come with the space filler strips to cover the gap. Again I can make that work. The locking cover is metal and slides in so is secure which is nice but the missing trim type piece at the top on both sides of the door to accommodate this looks trashy and unfinished plus the exposed angles of the side trim are pretty sharp. Overall the price is nice and from afar it looks nice but they missed the mark on a lot of aspects. I would of happily paid the price of the plastic door for this door if all these misses were fixed. I hate to say it but I almost wish I had just bought the plastic door I always used in the past. They have always held up and been better overall in my opinion even in the cold Wyoming and Nebraska winters and years of boxers running full force through them
