Bought it about a month ago and the pump is leaking from the top of the pump I have a ticket number under my name and email I sent the best picture I could I hope we can get it fixed thanks

I purchased this pressure washer because I wanted something relatively small, lightweight, and easy to move around for jobs around my property. So far, the pressure washer itself has been okay for my purposes. However, I cannot say that it is operating at its optimum performance because VEVOR’s own manual states that a high-altitude carburetor kit is needed for better performance at higher elevations. I live at approximately 5,300 feet, and VEVOR has been unable to tell me what kit or carburetor jet I need. Unfortunately, my experience with VEVOR’s technical/customer support has been extremely disappointing. I contacted VEVOR with what I thought was a very simple question: What high-altitude kit, carburetor jet, or specification do I need for the engine on the pressure washer you sold me? This turned into multiple communications over several days. At first, VEVOR told me that the required carburetor kit or jet specification depended upon the exact engine configuration and that they were confirming the correct compatible part for my model. That sounded reasonable, and I waited for their answer. Unfortunately, they never provided one. Instead, I was eventually told that they don't sell the accessory separately and that I would need to purchase it elsewhere. That wasn't the issue. I was perfectly willing to purchase the part elsewhere—I simply needed VEVOR to tell me what part or jet specification their own engine requires. Even more concerning, during one exchange I was told that if I needed an “antifreeze carburetor” I would have to purchase it separately. I never asked about an antifreeze carburetor. I was asking about the high-altitude carburetor kit specifically mentioned in VEVOR’s own manual. Their final answer was essentially that their website doesn't carry the required accessory and they couldn't provide a purchase link. Again, that completely missed my question. If a manufacturer publishes an owner's manual telling customers that a particular modification is needed or recommended for operation at higher elevations, the manufacturer should be able to provide the correct part number, jet size, carburetor specification, or at minimum enough technical information for the customer to obtain the correct part elsewhere. The pressure washer itself has been okay for my needs, and I like its smaller size and lighter weight. But I still don't know how well it would perform if properly configured for my 5,300-foot elevation because VEVOR cannot tell me which high-altitude kit their own manual says it needs. After several communications, I never received an answer to what should have been a basic technical question about their own product. Very poor after-sale technical support.

The pump has failed and we haven't even owned it 6 months only used it maybe 6 times. I bought the bigger one hoping it was better built. I'd love to have someone HELP REPAIR IT!

Quality of the motor and pump seems very good for the price. Unfortunately I’m in the middle of my first use of the pressure washer and the line has blown out near where the hose connects to the wand. It would appear that VEVOR has cheated out on the line. Another issue I’ve noticed is that the detergent line and filter does not work. There doesn’t appear to be enough suction created by the machine to pull detergent from a bucket using the auxiliary line that connects to the pump using a plastic batter fitting. I’m using the place tip but it just doesn’t pull. The soap reservoir does work fine with the black sprayer tip. All in all it seems like a good machine for the price. Just be prepared to buy a high pressure hose. Unfortunate my project is on pause until I get another hose.

Molto scontento, la macchina è arrivata oggi , danneggiata. Serbatoio schiacciato, cerchio della ruota scheggiato, tubo della pompa con segni di sfregamento. Manca pure una confezione di olio da mettere nel motore. In una trinciatrice acquistata da un altro negozio online, sempre con lo stesso motore, hanno mandato pure il lubrificante necessario. L'idropulitrice costa 300 euro praticamente e mandarla senza olio mi pare scorretto. Finora con vevor mi ero trovato benissimo, ho comprato diverse attrezzature, ma questa volta sono molto deluso. Domani provo a metterla in moto , spero non ci siano altri problemi.

Le nettoyeur a basculé sur le côté et depuis, il ne fonctionne plus ..... Il n'y a aucun service après vente!!! Je ne sais que faire !! C'est la cata!!

Helaas heeft deze hogedruk reiniger te weinig capaciteit voor deze oppervlakte reiniger. Het zou fijn geweest zijn als je zo'n combinatie koopt dat je hierover wat meer advies zou krijgen, dan had ik gewoon zwaardere gekocht. Dus hogedrukreiniger kan ik helaas voor deze klus niet gebruiken.En heb inmiddels een zwaardere gekocht bij HBM machines 275 bar en 14 pk motor en meer water door voer deze zou goed moeten voldoen voor deze oppervlakte reiniger van van 0.51 cm. HBM geeft daar duidelijk advies in wat ik heel fijn vond. Ik probeer de Vevor nu te verkopen voor lichtere werkzaam heden. Dit had allemaal niet nodig geweest wanneer bij order en je ziet deze combi oppervlakte reiniger en hogedruk reiniger dat dit niet de best geschikte combi is. Groet Ralph. Jennissen.

My pressure washer broke before much use and Vevor is zero help so far. It's just a little shaped pipe that i could install in 2 minutes, but they do not offer any way of getting parts and I am done trying.
