A week later, following an online chat with either a customer representative or AI, I received a message stating that they would replace the missing hardware free of charge within 10 to 15 days.

Got to put around pool, material seems of quality but it does not stay up. I’d prob have to spend quite a bit more to try and anchor it into the ground, as the cheap short plastic anchors they provide are not long enough to provide stability in a soft ground. The slightest bump into it sends it down. It’s Now snowing in PA where simply snowing made walls fall in toward pool. It’s the Worst couple hundred bucks spent.
