Item received defective. first time using the internal condenser was leaking freon, asked for a replacement they wanted to send me a replacement condenser and have me replace it, I declined again asked for a replacement and a shipping label every reply took two days, then they wanted to refund me $102 for receiving a defective product, after I paid almost $300, declined again had to report this as fraud to PayPal and finally I got a proper reply rather than some AI bot replying. they finally sent me a shipping label to send back the defective product. literally took about a month to fix this issue. Back and forth nonsense and wasting time and giving you the runaround. all the reviews you see about their customer service is correct. Some of their products are good hit or miss but customer service is trash. Produit à fuir si vous comptez l'utiliser en France. VEVOR est incapable de fournir les certificats de conformité adéquats pour ce pays (norme NF E 35-421). Je ne comprends pas qu'ils soient autorisés à le vendre. Sinon il est en tout point identique aux autres marques. Le SAV de VEVOR est catastrophique, je me bats depuis plusieurs jours pour un retour de produit et outre les traductions hasardeuses (on m'a répondu en "espagnol" au dernier message), aucune solution n'est proposée (ce n'est pourtant pas compliqué de transmettre un bon de retour avec une adresse).

I bought this over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I can’t speak to anyone about it but am so agent and the only response I get is it’s shipped. I’ll never order from here again

This only evacuates, it doesn't come with any hoses and the fittings are to small to hook up to R134a. It doesn't have a tank inside either, all these parts you need to buy or try to source. It doesn't charge either

Garbage doesn’t even work. I never got a chance to use it until today. I would stay away from this and get something of better quality.

I returned it! I needed this like yesterday and I asked the shipping department to send me it next day and I would pay for the extra cost of shipping. They never shipped it next day and I received it after I had already paid for a different one. They never responded to me about the shipping until I returned it. Then they wanted to know why I was returning it. I explained why and they said that they would have shipped it to me next day if I had asked them to. I then took screenshots of my conversation with the shipping department and they then never responded to me afterwards.

Delivered with out power cord have no received it yet very complicated customer service
