purchased this for my husband as current weather station is quite old and deteriorating (even though it still works great), this one not so great. rain gauge collection tipping bucket come off during unpacking - limited instruction in manual on re-placing correctly needed to go to technical help. Will not record cumulative rain fall, unit keeps re-setting itself. Have been waiting for tech help, keep receiving emails stating they are working on it. Would probably not purchase if i had known this. Weather cloud data shows rainfall however the monitor doesn't. Not really impressed for the price of the unit.

Dealing with Vevor products for has been a disastrous experience. Firstly, i purchased 2 weather stations one of which became faulty after 8 months. I tried as an experienced electrical engineer to resolve the issue by waitning for 2 months for replacement parts to arrive. The parts sent did not solve the problem. I decided to purchase a new weather station and when I tried to assemble it the upright support could not be tightened so I had to use parts from the faulty unit to get it to work. Very disappointing service overall and I regret puchasing Vevor products as there is plenty of competition with better and more reliable products and a better service. Never Again Vincent MacNally

The rain gage does not work at all, I am very disappointed! That was my main reason that I purchased this unit. I do not recommend buying this .

Du coup, c'est impossible de mémoriser les relevés: c'est de la pub mensongère Le ticket de réclamation n'a pas de suivi des clients dans le temps pour bien montrer qu'on se sens aidé. Sur les forums les acheteurs de ce produit s'en plaignent tous, car en + on ne peut même pas le renvoyer dans le délai légal!...

It failed after the first few months. I just purchased another, and I'm hoping this one will last. Great price and easy to set up

Received the station and noticed that the screws bag was open and screws scattered throughout the box. I think some are not there and requested a screws bag replacement. Customer service is very bad and after more that 48 hours I still have no idea what is going on. Requested the item return, nothing. This is not what their warranty is showing. Be aware.

5 days since recieved non working item and registered complaint. nothing but crickets. poor after sale service. your ok if your item works but dont think I will purchase anything more in future.

A lot better weather stations out here. It lacks a lot of common features that common on most popular brands

Si eres un friki de las bases de datos climitalogicas no merece la pena ni la opcion que tiene conectividad con Smart Life, ni la opcion que tiene la pantalla TF (la más pequeña). Es un fallo bastante grande que cuando desconectas la corriente de la pantsalla pierde TODOS los datos. Además no tiene la opción de utilizar pilas como alternativa a la corriente electrica. En la aplicacion Smart Life solo tienes la opción de ver los datos por cada hora, es decir, maximo almacenas 24 datos al día. Vamos, a todas luces unsuficiente. La tengo instalada ya y por no desmontar la torre de los sensores no la devuelvo, pero sin duda la cambiaría por la versión original que permite conectarla a webs de bases de datos meteorologicas como Meteoclimatic.
