Didn’t receive my entire order
Ordered four chains and four binders. When they came in the box was damaged and I was missing one chain and a handle to one of the binders. I have been unsuccessful getting someone to help get them replaced.

Missing parts
Got 3 chain binders was suppose to get 4. One is missing a handle. I also only received 2 out of 4 chains. Emailed with there AI customer service and it’s been like 2 weeks now and still haven’t received missing parts.

Missing items that they won't ship
Bought these about a month ago. Missing important pieces. What a surprise. Took over three weeks just to get someone to say I'm getting some money back. Still hasn't shown up. Turns out, it's not enough. Can't buy the missing pieces. So I have chains and binders with no handles. Should have known better. Another lesson learned. Never guy from here.
