Bought this unit over a year ago. The distance counter was way off right out of the box. Then after about five uses the lights on the camera head stopped working. After over a month of back and forth with Vevor they finally sent parts. I put the unit away to repair later with what I thought were the parts needed, however, when I had the time to repair it the parts are not the correct part for the repairs. I've reached out to Vevor to see how they want to proceed with making this right and will wait for a reply. In the meantime BUYER BEWARE THESE UNITS DO NOT LAST MORE THAN A MONTH OF LIGHT USE.

This tool really isn't worth a single cent; the warranty is ridiculous. It was my worst investment—it's not worth it. Don't buy it.

Upon opening the box, it looked good and worked well. We used it in the field about 4-5 times and the camera started to get a fuzzy picture. After troubleshooting the unit with customer support, it worked one more time as described. We used it the last time and the lights and distance counter stopped working but camera still produces an image. It looked well made upon first impression, but ultimately it's not very durable. Customer Service sucked and didn't warranty anything when contacted. It was less than a year old.

Matériel reçu.pas mal Au bout de la seconde utilisation, il y a une infiltration d'eau dans la tête de la caméra .. résultat...écran bleu ou image floue... Très déçu la En mode tentative de garantie a venir Au passage cela m'a coûté par un refu de règlement de prestation par mon client Merci

well not happy with this they say it will read it 16' down but i find now sure it does that but it does not tell you how deep it is ... was the big reason i bought it wanted to find it but also know how deep the cam is ..... and now i see right after i bought it the price is half of what i payed

Having several issues with the camera since the third time I used it, Not all of the LED lights work, the screen flickers really bad, the camera does not turn on unless it’s plugged in even with a charged battery. I would like for customer support to reach out to me on this severely disappointed for the 900$ I spent, I attached a video of the screen flickering.
