Vevor 110 lb. London pattern anvil
I mounted my 110 lb anvil to an ash stump, dressed the anvil, and used it to set some Damascus and it worked well. I made a couple of Hardy tools already and the anvil seems really well made. I had a 90% rebound on it with a ball bearing. The only issue I see and it's not really an issue is the Hardy hole is an inch and a quarter 1 in would be a lot more user friendly. Overall a very good anvil. I'm happy they finally made a London pattern and 110 lb.

Great anvil, rings like a bell though
I was shocked to see a steel anvil for this price. Here in Texas you can't find an anvil that's not going for $5-$6 a pound. For the money it's a total steel (get it?)! The pritchel and hardy holes are fantastically placed and easy to use your favorite implement or jig. The horn is free of the "bondo" that others say is inherent in the blue type anvils. The edges needed to be ground down to not make them so sharp but that was 2 mins with a file and angle grinder. The only thing that I need to figure out though is how to silence it as it rings like a bell. I've tried silicon underneath, chains wrapped around it, sound deadening rubber for the bottom, etc. Just know that you're getting a bada$$ tool and a ridiculously good price and you'll be able to announce the time for the hour on the hour.

This anvil is worth every penny it is solid well-made cast steel not cast-iron and it has a tremendous rebound. Highly recommend for anybody getting into blacksmithing or even a seasoned blacksmith

Vevor 110lbs anvil
Vevor 110lbs anvil 4 Vevor 110lbs anvil 4
This anvil is a great anvil for the price point. Decent rebound on the anvil face. Anvil face is hardened tested @ 53 Rockwell in spots, the step and horn is not hardened, Hardy hole is extremely large and will require a reducer to use 1" hardy tools tight, Pritchel hole is small but you can use a end mill to enlarge it to a better useable size. Overall happy with the anvil, recommend for a hobby shop or non frontline production shop.

Ordered to LT. Weight from scale 50.0 kg. Free delivery and price is hard to beat. Horn and step looks like was refinished with hand and angle grinder. And to my suprise looks like base steel material is small bearings and they didnt fused fully? Look at the last photo. Apart from that main surface and botom fully flat with no imperfections. Sharp corners need to be dressed anyway. No filled gaps, no obvious form defects. If you judge anvil be the ring it rings like tower bell. Didnt had time to use it but looks like good buy for good price.

Love the Anvil but one problem the Hardy hole is bigger then one 1” making it hard to use with the accessories, I bought to use that hole so now I’m gonna have to make an adapter so I can use my Hardy hole attachments not happy about that. Hardy holes are supposed to be 1 inch.

Vevor 110 lb. London Pattern Anvil
My overall review is 4/5 the quality and weight are on point for the price. There are no visible defects it has a strong 90% rebound with a 1” ball bearing Other reviews state it has a consistent 55 HRC - I have a set of HRC files on the way to check the hardness The things I do not like are; the hardy hole is 1-1/4” - seems a little big for an anvil this size. My 166 lbs. Peter wright has a 1” hardy The prichel hole is 1/2” - seems a little small The main thing I don’t like is the cutting table is milled back into the center mass, instead of on the horn. Other than that, I feel it is a good for the money and a good choice for a beginner or a traveler anvil

Good starter anvil
This is one of the best budget anvils I have found. Good rebound, ring and seems well made for the money. With a hardy and pritchel hole ( one of the few in this price range that doesnt have the pritchel in the horn if it has it at all). I had 2 other brands ordered that never made it to me because the packaging was destroyed in route. The Vevor arrived intact in its wooden crate and was purchased with free shipping. It cant be be beat for the cost, in my opinion.
