Disapointing. Don't expect sturdy garage style shelving. The four support stanchions are two piece. - They don't describe that in the product listing. This is not even a medium duty shelving unit. The shelves are ok for light articles. Perfect for gardening tools and empty buckets. There are other options at or slightly more than this piece and I would endorse them over this unit.

J'ai acheté deux étagères pour compléter un achat antérieur, ce n'est pas du tout les bonnes étagères ! il y a des grilles à la place de panneaux métalliques plein et les montant sont nettement moins robustes ! les photos sont fausses !

J’ai acheté des étagères pour environ 1 400 € car elles étaient annoncées comme pouvant supporter une charge importante. Après le montage, je les ai trouvées peu stables et la qualité ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Depuis plus de deux semaines, j’échange avec le service client. J’ai reçu plusieurs réponses contradictoires : destruction du produit, retour à mes frais avec remboursement ultérieur, puis nouvelles demandes. À ce jour, aucune solution simple n’a été mise en place pour récupérer des étagères de 200 kg. Je trouve le service après-vente très décevant. Pour un produit aussi lourd et encombrant, je m’attendais à ce que le vendeur organise directement la collecte ou propose une solution de retour réellement adaptée. Très mauvaise expérience avec le service client. Je ne recommande pas.

I’ve bought several and the shelves once assembled are great. I had a box miss one of the vertical support connectors and one of the vertical uprights was the wrong size. Trying to resolve this simple issue through customer service is the hardest most frustrating thing. We can catch rockets that launch satellites into space on floating docks and robotic arms but can’t ship replacement parts within 2 weeks. And as of this review I’m still waiting. There is a reason why these are so cheap. Buy from a local store that can take the return and exchange. This is a nightmare

Abysmal customer service. Your staff left out one leg of my 5 storage racks. I have sent numerous emails, pictures with no resolution. I will never buy a Vevor product again. Rocco

When I received the item, I opened the box and started putting the shelves together. During this I noticed I had not received one of the upright post. Filled a ticket and was informed they could not get one out from China warehouse cause it was their holiday and wouldn't be open for another three weeks. I went ahead and ordered another set and was no issues. Good quality and decent shipping time. But the upright post from the original order never arrived. I received a message that they could refund $25 and I could try and locate one locally. I'm a business owner and do not have time to be trying to find a simple piece that should have been able to be handled getting me one easily.

There's absolutely no way that I would ever put $2,400 lb as they say it's rated for built flimsy and overpriced

This is the third shelf in arrow that has arrived damaged. I was majorly damaged and still shipped out with old tape and a patch on the box.

I purchased this shelving unit and after waiting a couple weeks to arrive I discovered it was missing a vertical support piece. I reached out to Vevor and was informed they had to do an internal investigation which could take several days. After a few days they said they would finally ship a replacement piece and after fighting they offered a $20 discount for the delay. After a few days I was finally informed that they could not provide me with the piece required and offered me a few more dollars as compensation and I was told to source the part myself. After fighting with them for the next two weeks I was finally able to receive a full refund on the item. Most times I would receive only one message a day and when I asked to be able to speak with someone my request was ignored. I now have half the size of shelf I required for my garage as I have yet to be able to find a piece suitable to complete the unit. Do better Vevor!!
