Matt Transmission jack
I was apprehensive to buy this because of how cheap it sounded. After buying it, putting it together and using it to take out my manual transmission I am extremely happy with the quality and functionality of it. I highly recommend this for a do it yourself er.

TYLER It does a job for the price. That's it nothing more.
Yes it worked no I won't use it again on a transmission. Lots of play in the screw adjustment, no side to side tilt just front to back, 2 wheels have locks on them and do not around completely they hit the frame. The jack rod while extended will bend it requires keeping a hand on it to make sure it doesn't tip over when doing a 68RFE. Disappointed but not surprised I was able to complete the job

ANZAC Nasty casters + requires a large hex drive to install legs
They've changed fasteners that don't match the instructions, and the side leg brackets are now held on by lare socket cap screws. Look like you need an M12 hex drive not 100% sure of that as I haven't dug out my set.
The casters are metal and will marr and scratch floors. I bought some M12 stem heavy duty poly castors to replace them with.
Also would be nice if it had a rubber pad on the jack surface.

Aaron Bleeds off pressure after less than a year of use
I can’t complain much for the price, but it slowly bleeds pressure off and drops the transmission down slowly, which isn’t good when you’re trying to get a transmission in or out. I’ve had it less than a year.

Shawn C Not bad if youre going to use it much
This looks ideal initially, and with a great price. In reality, its underbuilt, the table it is very floppy, too small, and it doesn't even come close to lifting high enough. Thats the biggest issue. If youre going to use this on a regular car lift, you need a transmission jack that goes up a MINIMUM of 12" higher than these do. If you're only going to use a couple of times, its probably worth it. If you want to use it in an actual shop, get a real jack that goes high enough.

I read the comments and did some research. Overall the price is great but Jack does not go high enough and I’m not a tall guy. Going to have to build an extension. The plate works well with an automatic transmission but I will have to fabricate something for standard Transmissions. As the cradle legs are lightweight. Would recommend as far as price as it works well overall.
