My tool was lost in shipping so I had I to communicate with Vevor. I told them numerous times to just send me another one, I really need this tool. I think I was communicating with a bot or something. They ended up refunding me the money after requesting numerous times just to send me another one.

The product wasn't horrible in some ways but in the end it did not perform. The base is solid and heavy which is good for this piece, but the vise and teeth are not so heavy duty.The chain vise would not hold a piece of pipe from spinning even after hitting the handle with a hammer to make it as tight as possible. After one or two the teeth on the vise were so rounded and worn that it would not hold a piece of pipe. The best part is I had to buy another one from a different company to complete the project and paid more since I now needed it immediately. After answering multiple questions from customer service over 24 hours of messaging they basically ghosted me for another 24 hours and then tried to close the "ticket" as resolved without resolving anything. So I pushed back and another 12 hours later they offered me $36 on the $130 tool I had purchased but did not perform as advertised. Moral is even their customer service has no idea what the tool is supposed to do and made it obvious.

When Vise arrived the box was in decent condition but the vise was broken. The V shaped ear opposite of the chain and jaw was broke off. It appeared to be loose in the box. I contacted Vevor and after many days of photos and conversations they agreed to send a new vise section only. After 3 weeks of promises of the replacement part, Vevor said they could not get and offered me $25.00 to accept the broken item and me get it fixed myself. I replied I wanted the replacment part. Several days later they offered me $50.00 refund and I was to get the vise fixed myself. I reluctantly accepted and later found that the pot metal the vise base is made of really can't be welded. So I am stuck with a broken vise. I have now been contacted by UPS wanting me to send information and photos and when I called UPS they let me know Vevor has filed a damaged package claim for the full amount of the vise 117.00+. Not very impressed with Vevor customer service or their INTEGRITY!! Not sure if I will purchase from the company in the future.
