I purchased this pool pump because I've purchase other building material from this company in the past and the quality was fairly decent. After about one week use for the touch screen display stopped working. Reported the problem and a week has gone by and nobody has told me how this will be resolved.. Since the pump stopped working and I have no circulation my pool has gone completely green with algae taking it over. I am requesting a full refund and reporting this to my credit card company. I will never do business with Vevor again. This is just horrible way of doing business especially for a company that's trying to compete with other reputable company in the pool space. Customer service is lacking. Do not buy from this company

Pool pump has to be installed in a dry locations not a great feature. Noisey high pitch whine when running Cheap ground lug on motor housing. Wonder if it’s cu/al compatible. Instructions and care literature very minimal

I was initially impressed by how quiet this pump ran, but that’s where the positives end. After only three weeks of use, the unit failed and began throwing a persistent E11 error code. I used the original factory cable and even hired a professional electrician to verify that my dedicated line and outlet were 100% stable, the issue is definitely internal to the pump’s electronics. It’s a shame because the motor is silent, but the build quality simply doesn't hold up. The good news is that they company approved to return for a refund. No one wants to go through all the hassle of installation twice and additional spend. Returning for a refund.

Don't be fooled, the team says it has wifi, it's a lie, it doesn't bring the wifi module, everything is a hoax

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received. The communication from your end has been extremely poor, and the handling of my order has been unacceptable. I ordered several items from you, and payment was collected immediately. However, I later discovered that the items were not even available in stock at the time of purchase. This alone is highly unprofessional. What is even more concerning is that the refund issued to me was not the full amount I paid. This under‑refund is completely unacceptable. I should not be left out of pocket due to errors on your side. I expect the remaining balance of my refund to be processed immediately, without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why payment was taken for unavailable items and why the refund was not issued in full.

Worked well for the first few hours but same day of install the touch screen won't work! Very frustrating as it was brand new.

My review is mainly in regards to the customer service. I bought a 1.5 variable speed pool pump for ingound pool (HP1100). I was so hoping for something more so I could brag about the great prices Vevor has to offer. I love the pool vac I purchased from them and can't say enough about it. Unfortunately, my new pump quit after two weeks. When I finally had time to contact them, I found everything was online - no live person. I was willing to give it another try with a replacement and started that process. But, to make matters worse, they don't respond in a timely manner. I got as far as waiting for the return shipping label and that was it. No further response, update, or anything. That was on May 9th. It only takes a second to email a shipping label, not 4 1/2 days. I'm not done with this yet, but I'm also not waiting any longer. I am now shopping for a decent affordable quality brand I can go pick up locally. Very disappointing.

I’d love to be able to give you a review but the connectors are not standard US pipe sizes and i still haven’t found anything to match up with what you have sent me. If you’re going to sell to the USA you need to make sure the plumbing is fit the USA standard.

I got this pump and had it installed. The propeller inside was broken and it wouldn’t wind up to RPM. They wouldn’t honor the return. They blamed me for breaking it, to avoid honoring a return. Although it was as brand new and professionally installed. They made up a bunch of reasons, which none made sense. Had the same issue with a bag sealer. It broke in a day, they wouldn’t take it back. It shorted out, somehow that was my fault for plugging it in. Vevor sells bad products and does not honor returns

Well received the pump, read all the directons, had to change plumbing to fit your pump but it doesnt work my wife and have worked with the instruction booklet and it's far about our ability. So I am asking to return it.
