I,m very disappointed in the way you are handling my request to return a item. It’s been since Feb 7th the date you said you would get back to me and haven’t. You seem to be ignoring me. Looks like you don’t want me to return an item so I can get a refund. The item is still In the box it came in unopened. I explained to you my wife bought me this same unit for a birthday gift. I didn’t know this when I bought the unit from you. Now please issue me a return label so I can move on Order No. 26013100967518235631

It was super easy to build! I recommend laying all the pipes in their respective order. My huge complaint is the actual green cover only has 6 tie downs on the ends. There is no tie downs in the middle to tie the farm to the poles! I only had it up for a few weeks and a wind gust can and ripped the ties from the poles which created a kite and bent a few poles. The poles were strapped to the ground with stakes and cinder blocks. So now I just basically have a frame with no cover because I have no way to strap it down

Sicuramente il prezzo è davvero buono ma questo purtroppo a discapito della resistenza che invece è decisamente scarsa. Ho pensato che se avessi fatto una struttura più solida non certo quella in alluminio che viene a corredo e avessi montato la plastica di copertura forse avrebbe resistito molto di più. Invece è durata molto poco distrutta dal vento che ha iniziato quasi subito dalle cerniere della porta davvero di pessima qualità e poi a storcere i sottili sostegni di alluminio. Molto deluso

Pretty bad build , material didn't last long ,fell aparafter a 15 miles an hr wind .pins n rope did really help at all had to get it from my neighbors backyard afterwards definitely won't recommend it

Very flimsy .. spend more or regret it

Wind storm tore it apart at the seams - front wall separated from the tunnel sides. Seemed like a good deal for the first six months, but if it's not going to stand up to the weather, even the $150 price is a bad deal.

Bars are to thin. It will not hold up in a storm. Piece of junk

It collapsed under the first snow, 3 inches overnight was too much for the frame, and the wind did the rest. Good value overall, but not made for snowy regions.
