The instructions that come with this are incomplete. They include a picture of a half built green house with the steps assemble as shown. Then a complete green house with instructions assemble as shown. I need step by step instructions. I emailed support and they keep apologizing for the delay of answering my questions, I don’t need them now, I finally figured it out. But it would have been nice had the instructions been complete and clear to follow.

Quick delivery and easily assembled. You have to bury the frame and the cover, which is a pain. On the first night below freezing all the plants inside the greenhouse died. All the Velcro windows were closed and lined up the best I could. The doors were zipped and blocked off. No reason it should’ve failed.

Unfortunately the frame was not strong enough to support the cover in any amount of wind. Even though it was anchored and had extra weight placed on the base of the frame, it blew away on the first windy day of Spring and damaged my car

Was to light weight for our storms in southwest michigan 50mph winds bent the poles and broke the joints.

Metal is thin and broke the day after we put it together. And I cannot find any option for returning items.

When I opened the box I found a hole in the plastic. I had to assemble the greenhouse as I am already late with seeding, but I am not happy with this. Also I would have liked to tie the bottom of the plastic to the frame somehow. Wind comes in from the bottom.

Looked to be decent quality for the price BUT the plastic cover has now torn on all 4 corners even though weather has been calm. Now expect it to shred at the first sign of any wind! Sent a messsge to customer service & no response….

I was really disappointed about this product. I didn't like how thin the metal frames is built and it is hard to assemble. The door frame on this. 28 foot long tunnel is not covering the opening completely and the metal frame around the door is bending already I have always recommended vevor product, but not this one

Ok, if there's no wind in your area then cool this will work...I happen to be in Texas and normally we don't have too much wind but the one day we DID have wind dang on near blew this greenhouse away. My kids and I and my husband were literally holding on to it for dear life. It is EXTREMELY thin, it might not even hold up to the Texas Heat but I guess we shall see soon. However, it does maintain really good moisture and heat

Shipping was on time and the product was exactly what I ordered. However, if the wind blows over 10 mph at your house on any giving day you might want to think again. The framing is really thin and bent right in two. Tarp also ripped at one of the seams.
