Mucho ruido y desprende calor. Las instruciones vienen en inglés. Son muy inconclusas para el manejo. No hay tfno de atención al cliente. Te ves un poco perdido con el producto.

For water it works... For alcohol not so much. The lid has a habit of popping off due to the aggressive heating caused by it not having a voltage controller running the heat element and when running you cannot get a controlled distillation meaning your product can end up tasting like poop.... But if you have a variable ac transformer it solves that issues plus the control continue to function. So not a total loss... Buy an air still designed for alcohol save your money

I have bought several of these an the last rusts an leaks water . Looks like the quality is dropping off .

I gave Vevor three stars because I had purchased a previous distiller and liked it. So, I bought another one that is better than the first so I could give the first one away as a gift. Now, when I had received my second distiller and had opened the box, I discovered that the stainless steel distiller had a large dent on it's right front side. Secondly, the lid to the glass carafe was inside the carafe and I cannot get it out. Why was the lid inside the glass carafe in the first place? Third, I had contacted support through their chat window and was promised that I would hear from them with a detailed update within 48 hours and have not. I had to contact them again through chat and they were unable to provide me with a solution. Currently, I am waiting to hear from them.

Das Gerät hat es soweit getan … ist nun nach einem Jahr kaputt gegangen Erst ging das Kabel kaputt. Das konnte für einige Zeit durch ein neues behoben werden…. Nun macht das Gerät gar nichts mehr.

All in general good, u can see the yellow toxic water behind after destilled, but the taste for me is sometimes really bad and really hard to drink and enjoy it. Two bad: takes alot of space and water dosent taste good. If they only could fix that it dont taste bad it would be a no brainer.

I've only used this for distilling my tap water using the out-of-box settings. Easy peasy. The device is not quiet. I usually run it when I'm out or at bedtime to avoid the noise interfering with TV viewing in my open-layout apartment. The worst flaw is the poorly-designed spout on the receiving pitcher. Expect 10% of your precious distillation product to end up on your kitchen counter as you attempt to fill a carafe or cup. After 11 months it stopped working all together. I contacted customer service for advice. They responded in a few days with a promise to send replacement circuit boards, which arrived a week or two later. Replacing them was complicated - I can't believe they expect a consumer to have those skills. Still, I was able to do it and the device now works again.

This product is faulty second one ive bought in 2 years its splits causes leakage and trips the thermostat extremely disappointed as otherwise its a good product Cant afford to keep replacing evey year

It’s a water distiller with way too many options making it complicated for nothing. Instructions are useless as is with all VEVOR products. Distills a full jug of water in about 2.5 hours which I am impressed with. The electrical outlet that plugs into the extension cord isn’t great and makes a connection only if you push the extension cord in hard.
