Super verpackt und schnell geliefert, Nach einmal Probelauf war der 2. Durchgang gut, alles funktioniert, Da sieht man auch, was da alles im Wasser ist. Bei uns ist es extrem Kalkhaltig , da wird die mitgelieferte Zitronensäure nicht lange reichen. Beschreibung leider nur in Englisch, aber die Apparatur ist intuitiv zu bedienen.

An absolutely beautiful piece of engineering and equipment very efficient has every setting on it and you could imagine for distilling water at least plus it will make distilled wine surprise surprise, who knew? Quite an impressive piece of Equipment really as a fellow who worked around machines and Equipment all my life. That is a very nice piece. And really quite substantial.

Bloody awesome item works better than expected and a breeze to useq I've been using it to purify my bore water to drink as my rain water tank has cracked now waiting for the pve welder to repair my water tank

Was pleasantly surprised by the size (this is the larger model) but did require some re-arrangement of my smallish kitchen benchtop. As a bonus whilst operating it puts out nice warm dry air (44 degrees C) from the top fan which will be great in a Tasmanian winter ! Does what it says and I am looking forward to not having to buy bottled water any more as I refuse to drink the chemicals they put in our tap water. Only negative is the poor quality English used in the instructions meaning you often have to puzzle out what they mean as I was putting the Distiller parts together which luckily on a small appliance like this doesn't need rocket science. Vevor get English speakers to write your instructions not Chinese speakers who have learnt some English !!! Pay me and I'll do it !

For water it works... For alcohol not so much. The lid has a habit of popping off due to the aggressive heating caused by it not having a voltage controller running the heat element and when running you cannot get a controlled distillation meaning your product can end up tasting like poop.... But if you have a variable ac transformer it solves that issues plus the control continue to function. So not a total loss... Buy an air still designed for alcohol save your money

I gave Vevor three stars because I had purchased a previous distiller and liked it. So, I bought another one that is better than the first so I could give the first one away as a gift. Now, when I had received my second distiller and had opened the box, I discovered that the stainless steel distiller had a large dent on it's right front side. Secondly, the lid to the glass carafe was inside the carafe and I cannot get it out. Why was the lid inside the glass carafe in the first place? Third, I had contacted support through their chat window and was promised that I would hear from them with a detailed update within 48 hours and have not. I had to contact them again through chat and they were unable to provide me with a solution. Currently, I am waiting to hear from them.

I am so disappointed with the customer service. I got the product and tried to set it up but the lid was stuff in the main container (arrived this way) and I sent pictures and was told someone would reach out but nobody has and it has been 2 weeks. I cannot even set it up to try it out with the lid stuck.
