Came with a broken wand, not sure if quality will last. I really need to use it ASAP. Customer service sucks! I sent pictures of the wand in the box, BROKEN. A normal business would send a replacement and have me send this one back immediately. Done! Vevor dicks around and sends a message every night (because they are in China) saying they are looking into it. SIX DAYS, and they are still looking at it!!!!! Even Temu would have made this right immediately. I won't ever buy from Vevor again. Don't buy unless you like to buy garbage products and HORRIBLE customer service who dont' stand behind their products!

IT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND NOT FUNCTIONAL

So I have only use 1 time. The spot to hold the filter in the bottom of the tank will not hold it. So the filter floats to the top. You have to completely fill the tank and once you get to the last 5 gallons it starts sucking air and will no longer spray. Customer support is extremely pore and zero help. I have sent the the pictures they requested multiple times with no response then an email that says resolved. What a joke. Do not buy this piece of junk. The concept is a good idea if it would work.

I received it, it is an open box. It is not functional after used 10 minutes. Need to look someone to fix it. There is no charger coming with it. My dad was very angry and got balmmed. I am just requesting a charger for week. Until now they email and said technical team is still reviewing.

The sprayer came without both the plastic and metal wands. Went round and round being told that you were going to send. Then you tell me you can't get either one of them instead you gave a 90 refund. Can't find wands to fit it so I'm stuck with a piece of shit I can't use. So you don't have to worry about me ever buying anything from you again and I'll tell all my friends about the way y'all do business

Won't pump when half full or less. Not at happy about that. Checked connections everywhere and the pickup is properlysubmerged. Pump runs, but no spraying.

Bought 15 Gal sprayer. Battery Charger is missing. I have been pursuing customer support for 3 weeks for a replacement charger. Customer support responds to my email request's every few days with "we are researching the request". There is no direct contact with a support person. My experience is unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Constantly leaking from many different places, suddenly cuts out while watering. Gets air bound all of the time. Being honest I think it was just a complete waste of money as I have to spend more time playing around with it than I am watering with it
