Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with!!! The fact that you can't call them is HUGE!! I purchased this compactor and it came with the air filter broken. I reached out to Vevor and through chat and email they said they would send a new one. A week goes by and nothing. Then I reached out to them again and they said that they were, "Sorry but the product has been t." Lost? I was never informed that it was shipped! They then say they will either refund the money or "destroy and replace product". I emailed them back and asked what they mean. Will they pay for shipping? No response. I started another chat and was told someone will get back to me. When they did it was to tell me that the product was sold out. I've again reached out to ask who is paying the shipping and no response. They are not responding. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend them at all.

I buy it from my home use I can't use it for a month when I try to run it, it doesn't run. I buy some gas motor from vevor before and never get this problem.

I bought compactor September 18, 2026 for Driveway compacting. I’m not happy with this expensive compactor because it has many option and every 10 to 5 minutes running it stopped working. then I had to wait and worked for another 10 to 5 minutes and it was stopped again. It was very embarrassing and totally not happy. I’m very concerned what will happen for future years. I am using many other outdoor tools and machinary for a long time.

Given attractive price, bought it for 1 job (the foundation of a 12*50 slab compaction)thinking overall it would be cheaper than renting one . The air filter on that machine is so small that it needs to be constantly cleaned. After doing that 4 times in a matter of 2 days, I ended up borrowing a similar machine from a friend. had them work in parallel by 2 people... the filter on the vevor machine had to be cleaned 5 times for every clean of the other machine... we ended up only using the other machine. I would not recommend the vevor machine (at east that model) for anyone looking to do a serious job.

This plate compactor is a complete pile of crap. After trying to start it on the 25 pull. It will only run for 5-6 minutes then shuts down and it takes another 35 pulls to start it for another 3-4 minutes. Someone please call me to get this figured out. I have had to rent a plate. Compactor three times now

Compactor leaked oilnright off the get go, governor was skipping causing it to stall. Wrote to vevor and wouldnt do anything because they couldn't see the leak although it was very evident. Works good when it works

I sent a notice to your team and have not heard anything back yet. Apparently I have to take some type of a piece off of the unit before I can use it with the lubrication and I’ve contacted your team two or three times and not had any response so at this point, I can’t really review the thing as I should.

Not sure if the oil reservoir for the vibratory plate is cracked or it wasn’t sealed properly but the entire plate is covered in oil and it’s pooling inside the bag it comes in. Don’t want to just refill it and start it and void out any shipping damage claim. Vevor support says they answer within 48hrs but all they’ve said is sorry for the delay. So I have a $400 machine sitting in my garage unable to be used…

Would be a nice unit if i could actually use it. It came in the shipping crate without the upper handle to operate it and to mount the throttle.

Terrible product. The package came all bad oil everywhere reach out to costumer service and no help. They suggested to try to used it which didn't worked and offered me $120 to keep a broken machine. I requested to get it returned an my money back. They finally agreed to get it return but I had to figure it out how to pack it and take it to a fed ex it weight 150 pounds. Won't be trusting the brand.
