Worked for less than a week

Purchased 8 months ago. This unit is no longer cooling. Instead, the temperature is still rising. I set to 5c (as a test) and the inside temperature is 23c and rising. I used 2 wireless thermometers inside to verify accuracy instead of relying on the temperature gauge on the unit.

Unit is good, works as advertised confusing to say the least about trying to figure out the offset and the conversion from Celsius to Fahrenheit seemed to have gotten it about a 2° negative offset highly recommend getting a spare temperature probe and run temperatures that way versus the built-in is unreliable other than that works just fine.

Non soddisfatto del prodotto ,arrivato non funzionante ,o meglio ,l'incubatrice è stata attaccata 2 giorni e la temperatura non ha mai superato i 24 gradi (termostato impostato a 32). Per di più un macello per fare un reso ,messaggi su messaggi foto video ...... Secondo prodotto che compro qua e secondo prodotto che arriva funzionante per metà . Cambierò sito per gli acquisti

Love this incubator! Little disappointed my first one stopped working after a year. Did get me this second one its been amazing! But i will say some times it makes a weird like hitting noise in the fan but it works!!! As long as it works its good

Produkt który otrzymałem nie zasługuje na jaka kolwiek pozytywna ocenę za 536,90zł otrzymałem niestrawny egzemplarz. Inkubator dotarł do mnie niesprawny nie można go włączyć. Od dnia 26 maja 2026 sprzedawca nie odpowiada na reklamnacje i olewa klienta. Docierają tylko meile wysyłane przez bota.

I bought this incubator for a clutch of eggs that needed a stable environment, and VEVOR delivered a box of literal garbage. The unit arrived **completely destroyed**. The clear front door is shattered into a million pieces, the main plastic housing is cracked, and the entire structure is compromised. It looks like it was dropped off a skyscraper before being shoved onto my porch. If you think the product is bad, their "Customer Service" is an absolute joke. I have been stuck in a loop of automated lies for days. Every time I reach out, they tell me to "wait 48 hours for a specialist." Those 48 hours pass, nothing happens, and I’m back at square one. The latest insult? After seeing the photos of a **shattered, structurally broken machine**, they had the audacity to ask if they could just "resend the damaged parts." Are you kidding me? This is a precision climate-control device, not a piece of IKEA furniture. They expect me to rebuild a shattered incubator myself while my eggs are dying because they can't maintain a temperature in a broken box. They are clearly stalling, hoping I'll just go away. They have zero accountability and zero respect for their customers or the animals this product is meant to care for. **SAVE YOUR MONEY.** Buy from a company that actually gives a damn about shipping and support. VEVOR is a scam of a company that sends broken plastic and then ghosts you. I am filing a dispute with my bank immediately.

This product was extremely disappointing whilst only working for 5 days until the heater broke down and now it is only able to circulate air with room temperature. I lost 3 turtle eggs and the Vevor support still haven’t commented on my reclaim sent 5 days ago. They promise to reply in 48 hours which they haven’t. The Vevor companys logo is: Tough tools, Half price I absolute disagree based on my experience.
